What is the difference between wax sticks and wax beans?
How do you process the lacquer sticks?
The easiest way is to use a candle and a melting spoon (for the wax beans) or a large teaspoon (for the wax sticks). Hold the spoon above the flame and let it get hot. Then you hold the rod on the spoon and the wax will melt. Fill the spoon and then pour it onto the spot where the seal should be placed. It will automatically become a nice round puddle, make it as big as your stamp. If you run out of lacquer, hold the rod on the spoon for a while, which is still hot enough to melt the rod. Then lower your wax stamp into the wax, exactly in the middle of the puddle, and let it cool down. The wax stamp then comes off easily.
If you want to make the seal in advance, and you want a string or ribbon underneath, it is best to add it underneath when making the seal. You place the string, ribbon, twig, etc. on the baking paper and let the wax run over it. Then lower your stamp onto it. Let it cool and you have made a pendant, a seal with a ribbon or twig. In the example on the string, the flexible varnish is used on the left and the traditional varnish stick is used on the right.
A layer of lacquer remains on the spoon, no problem, it will melt again when you make your next seal. Make sure you use a spoon per color if you don't want the colors to mix.
Are you using the wax stamp for the first time?
Then it is wise to first practice on a piece of paper. Not that it is difficult, but that it takes some time to get used to it.
Not everyone needs large quantities of carrier bags, gift bags, printed wrapping paper, etc., but everyone likes to have their (trade) name on their packaging material. A stamp solves this dilemma and with a little careful consideration you can make one and the same use a stamp on many of your packing materials.
A stamp will never match the quality of printed matter, but that also has its charm. With a stamp you can easily emphasize the atmosphere of your company, everything can be made, you think, we make! Our stamps are made of a high-quality material that will last a long time.
The stamp inks we sell have been specially developed for these applications. We have ink that is suitable for paper and dries very quickly, so the chance of staining becomes very small. That ink can also be used on foil, but it will take a very long time before it dries. There is a different ink for foil, stone, etc. There is a suitable ink for every product so that you can make optimal use of your stamp.
How does it work if you want to order a stamp?
